Carlee Mellow {image:CARLEE.jpg} ----- CARLEE MELLOW\\ DANCER\\ Carlee Mellow has performed, choreographed and taught nationally and internationally over the last decade. Choreographers include Gideon Obarzanek (Chunky Move), Sandra Parker (Dance Works), Phillip Adams (BalletLab), Tracie Mitchell (Twirling Sheila Productions), Meryl Tankard, Shelley Lasica, David Pledger, Sue Healey, Rebecca Hilton, Ros Warby, Trevor Patrick, Gerard Van Dyck (KAGE), Fiona Cameron and Natalie Cursio. Her own work includes episode (2001) choreographed and performed with Jo Lloyd, Diva (2002), rock, paper, scissors (2004) for the VCASS. This year Carlee was commissioned by Dance Works to choreograph and perform No Exit, a solo for the season of Duplicate and Playground for the graduating year at VCA. Carlee has recently engaged in an intensive research and development period focusing on improvisation with Georg Reischl (Forsythe Company) in Berlin, Prue Lang (Episode improvisation collective) in Paris and Ros Warby in Melbourne.
